Role specific purpose: |

Purpose: Working closely with the Head of Partnership Marketing, the Senior Partnership Marketing Manager, MENA will be responsible for managing and maximising a segment of City Football Marketing’s (CFM) growing portfolio of partners, with a focus on, but not limited to, MENA. This remit includes all associated partnership planning and activation programmes. In doing so the Senior Partnership Marketing Manager will be required to lead a team and maximise performance at all levels. They will also be tasked with supporting the club’s wider marketing plans in key strategic markets. |

LINE MANAGEMENT OF (INITIALLY) TWO DIRECT REPORTS – supporting their day to day needs across their respective partner portfolios and their personal development |

ENSURE BEST IN CLASS AND MAXIMUM EFFICIENCY STANDARDS OF CONTRACTED ASSETS AND CAMPAIGN ACTIVATION DELIVERY – internal and external relationships with senior personnel across varied departments alongside slick and accurate reporting into head of department and other relevant stakeholders |

DEVELOP RENEWAL & UPSELL STRATEGY FOR RESPECTIVE PARTNER PORTFOLIO – working with partnership sales and other relevant departments to maximise commercial revenues and category efficiency |

SUPPORT NEW BUSINESS EFFORTS THROUGH CREATIVITY, NETWORK, CASE STUDIES AND MEETING ATTENDANCE |

DRIVE REGIONAL BUSINESS OBJECTIVES – in coordination with relevant departments such as club marketing, FRM, etc. |
