Based in Dallas, USA, this full-time role leads the delivery and growth of Manchester City Junior Academy programmes across North Texas. You will play an important role in shaping high-quality football experiences for young players while supporting coaching standards, programme development and operational delivery across multiple venues.

In North Texas, our programmes continue to grow, creating positive and engaging experiences that support player development and community engagement.

 

The Role

 

You will lead the day-to-day delivery of Junior Academy programmes across Dallas, helping to ensure coaching, operations and programme activity are delivered to a consistently high standard. Working closely with the Director of Coaching, you will support programme planning, logistics, quality assurance and ongoing programme development across multiple venues.

 

Alongside operational delivery, you will help oversee football development activity in line with City Football Group coaching methodology and overall programme standards. You will support the management and development of coaching staff while helping to maintain positive relationships with players, parents, venues and wider stakeholders.

 

You will also contribute to the continued growth of football programmes across North Texas, supporting new initiatives, venue expansion and collaborative working across Football Education operations teams. Through your organisation, communication and leadership approach, you will help create a positive and high-quality football environment across the region.

 

What You’ll Bring

 

⚽ UEFA B Licence or equivalent
⚽ Understanding of player pathways and youth football development
⚽ Experience delivering and developing football coaching programmes for junior players
⚽ Ability to build positive relationships with players, parents and stakeholders
⚽ Experience supporting and developing coaches within team environments
⚽ Collaborative and organised approach across operational and football environments
