The Opportunity

 

We’re looking for a Partnerships Intelligence Manager to lead the delivery of consumer research, enhance partner relationships, and contribute to strategic decision-making. This is a unique opportunity to manage impactful projects, influence high-level outcomes, and mentor a direct report as you develop our Partnerships Impact Research function.

What You’ll Do

 

  • Manage and develop a Partnerships Intelligence Executive, fostering growth and ensuring the team delivers outstanding results.

  • Plan, analyse, and present consumer research that highlights the value of partnerships, showcasing ROI and driving decision-making.

  • Take charge of long-term workstreams and deliver complex projects with minimal supervision, reporting directly to the Head of Partnerships Intelligence.

  • Work closely with external research agencies and internal teams to deliver on the needs of our partnerships department.

  • Represent the Partnerships Intelligence team in external pitches and presentations, effectively communicating insights to partners and prospects.

  • Support broader internal projects that influence strategic planning and the future of the partnerships department.

 

What We’re Looking For

 

  • Experience managing and developing junior team members.

  • Demonstrable ability to design, analyse, and present market research.

  • Confidence in analysing large datasets and building persuasive commercial arguments.

  • Excellent presentation skills, engaging senior stakeholders with insights and opinions.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Solid understanding of the commercial football/sports/entertainment landscape.

 

Bonus Points If You Have

 

  • Familiarity with tools such as Qualtrics and Power BI.
