Join City Football Group’s in-house creative agency, City Studios, and help shape high-quality branded content for Manchester City’s commercial partners and global audiences. Based in Manchester, this full-time role offers hybrid and remote working flexibility, with periodic attendance at the Manchester office for collaboration and filming-related activity. You will bring creative storytelling, polished post-production craft and confident stakeholder collaboration to content seen across social, digital and campaign channels.

Who We Are

Founded in 2013, City Football Group is the world’s leading private owner and operator of football clubs, with teams across the globe connected by a shared belief in doing things differently. Alongside our clubs, we invest in football-related businesses and build partnerships that help the game, and the communities around it, thrive. Everything we do is guided by our purpose: empowering better lives through football. Rooted in more than a century of “City” football, we are proud of the role our clubs play locally and globally, creating positive impact on and off the pitch.

Within City Studios, our Branded Content Team creates content for Manchester City’s commercial partners and wider club campaigns. Working across partner activations, player appearance days, kit launches, signings and outward-facing campaigns, the team brings together producers, content managers and creative specialists to deliver work that feels distinctive, current and connected to the City story.

The Role

As Branded Content Editor, you will lead and elevate post-production across a wide range of branded content projects, producing edits for partners including Etihad, DCT and other club partners. Your work will span short-form vertical video, longer-form branded pieces, campaign edits and social-first content, with each output shaped for the platform, audience and partner brief.

You will take ownership of edits from producer-led shoots, managing multiple creative projects at once and bringing technical judgement, storytelling craft and fresh creative thinking to the process. From ideation through to publishing, you will help ensure content is engaging, polished and aligned to the needs of our partners and audiences.

This is a collaborative role working closely with producers, content managers, internal teams, external stakeholders and agencies. You will contribute to creative workshops, keep teams updated on edit progress and feedback rounds, and support wider Manchester City brand projects including kit launches, player signings and high-profile campaigns.

What You’ll Bring

Demonstrable professional editing experience in an agency, in-house or related content production environment, supported by a portfolio of edit work.

Skilled use of Adobe Premiere Pro, with experience creating high-quality, engaging video content for digital and social platforms.

Experience with motion design in Adobe After Effects, alongside confident post-production and storytelling capability.

Understanding of colour grading, aspect ratios, platform formats and the changing demands of social video.

Experience managing multiple creative projects and working effectively with stakeholders, clients or agencies.

Clear and effective communication skills, attention to detail and a collaborative approach to creative production.
