Branded Content Line Producer

Based in Manchester, this permanent hybrid role plays a key part in planning and delivering branded content shoots across Manchester City and the wider City Football Group network. You will help keep commercial production moving smoothly from brief to delivery, working closely with producers, account managers, freelancers and internal teams to make sure each shoot is well planned, well documented and delivered to a high standard.

Within City Studios, our Commercial Media team brings branded content ideas to life through careful planning, close collaboration and high production standards. We work across the business to deliver creative projects that support partners, connect with audiences and reflect the quality and care that sits at the heart of Manchester City.

 

The Role

 

You will be the production organiser behind a busy slate of branded content, helping turn creative plans into well-run shoots. From scoping crews, kit, locations and timings to keeping projects moving through the right approvals and paperwork, you will help make sure every shoot is set up for success.

 

A key part of the role is supporting budgets and quotations, tracking costs, raising purchase orders and managing the documentation that keeps production safe and compliant. You will also support the junior editor and help coordinate branded content requests so work is delivered efficiently and to the right standard.

 

This role sits at the centre of a wide network of collaborators, so you will build effective working relationships with internal teams and external suppliers alike. You will help keep partners informed with clear, concise updates and play an important part in making sure production delivery feels organised, responsive and professionally managed.

 

What You’ll Bring

 Experience in production management, line production or a similar role within branded content, commercial media or a related production environment

 Ability to plan shoots end to end, including crew, kit, locations, timings and logistics

 Experience supporting budgets, quotations, purchase orders and cost tracking

 Confidence handling production documentation such as risk assessments, call sheets, waivers and site access requirements

 Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to keep internal stakeholders, partners and suppliers informed

 Ability to manage multiple projects at once, stay organised and maintain attention to detail under deadline
