Campus Scheduling Lead

Based in Manchester, this permanent full-time role leads the coordination and integration of scheduling activity across the campus, helping to ensure spaces, resources and operational activity are planned effectively across football, commercial and event environments. You will play a key role in balancing operational priorities, stakeholder requirements and campus readiness while supporting the safe and efficient delivery of day-to-day activity and major events.

We support the planning and coordination of activity across a busy and evolving campus environment. Scheduling plays an important role in ensuring operational readiness, effective collaboration and efficient use of space across football, commercial and community activity.

The Role

You will lead the coordination and management of campus scheduling activity, helping to ensure operational, sporting, commercial and community activity is planned effectively across the wider campus. Working closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, you will maintain integrated schedules that support operational readiness and efficient use of space, time and resources.

Alongside managing the master campus schedule, you will coordinate competing priorities, identify potential clashes and support the resolution of scheduling conflicts through agreed frameworks and escalation processes. You will work collaboratively with Operations, Events, Commercial, Safety and Facilities teams to ensure schedules are deliverable and aligned to operational requirements.

You will also contribute to continuous improvement and planning activity, supporting scenario planning, reporting and operational insight across campus usage and scheduling trends. Through your organisation, communication and collaborative approach, you will help support a safe, efficient and well-coordinated campus environment.

What You’ll Bring

Experience within scheduling, planning, operations coordination or venue management environments
Strong organisational and prioritisation skills within fast-moving operational settings
Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders with competing priorities
High attention to detail with awareness of wider operational impacts
Comfortable working with scheduling systems, planning tools and operational data
Collaborative approach across operational and support functions
