Join Manchester City as a Casual Matchday Playmaker based at the Etihad Campus, helping create memorable experiences for supporters across matchdays and club events. Who We Are

Our Events team plays a key role in delivering engaging and welcoming experiences for supporters visiting the Etihad Campus. From fan activations to stadium entertainment, the team works together to create memorable moments that bring fans closer to the club.

The Role

As a Matchday Playmaker, you will help deliver engaging fan experiences across the Etihad Stadium, Academy Stadium and wider Etihad Campus. You will be one of the first people supporters interact with on matchdays, creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere while representing Manchester City in a positive and professional way.

Working closely with the Events team, you will support fan engagement activities, assist with matchday activations and help provide clear guidance to supporters around the stadium campus. You will also contribute to gathering supporter feedback and tracking engagement activity to help continuously improve the fan experience.

This role offers the opportunity to work within a collaborative team environment while gaining valuable customer service and events experience within the sports industry.
