The Role

Alongside this, you will act as a key point of contact for parents, coaches and programme staff, helping to keep communication professional, timely and clear. You will review coaching, fixture and Talent Identification submissions, follow up any missing information, and support player review and Talent Identification activity by organising coaching and scouting intelligence and agreed actions. You will also contribute to training, fixtures, briefings, inductions and programme meetings as needed.

Ability to coordinate schedules, staffing, fixtures and programme logistics accurately.
Clear and effective communication skills, with confidence liaising professionally with a range of stakeholders.
Careful attention to detail and confidence using digital tools to manage reporting and information.
Understanding of safeguarding, player welfare and compliance requirements in a youth sport setting.
Ability to review information carefully, follow up missing detail and support player-review or talent-identification processes.
