As part of the Manchester City Stadium Tours department, you will be responsible for selling tours tickets face to face, taking and selling souvenir photos, front of house customer service at the guest relations desk and operating the new VR experience due to launch in June.

 

Your Impact

  1. Sell Tours products and perform a guest relations function at the front desk using the Unify bookings system.
  2. To take stadium tours souvenir photographs.
  3. Upsell other tour products as and when appropriate.
  4. Manage the Tours inbox – answering any customer enquiries.
  5. Assist in the operation of the Tours VR experience.

 

What we are looking for

Essential

  • Excellent customer service skills – face to face, online and over the phone.
  • Experience of working within a customer focussed environment.
  • Experience of using a till and bookings system.
  • Experience of using excel and word.
  • Excellent organisation skills.
  • GCSE Maths and English Grade C minimum.
  • Cash and credit card handling experience
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Good knowledge of the Premier League and Manchester City

 

Desirable

  • Ability to speak a second language.
  • Customer Service qualification.
  • Experience of having worked within a Visitor Attraction.
  • Specific ticket sales experience.
  • Experience of VR.
