Role specific purpose:     

 To provide sales administration support to the wider Commercial Operations Team with all administration and non-sales related tasks and activities, for the teams to focus on revenue generation and growing the Commercial business.

Role specific accountabilities:

1

To provide day to day assistance and support to the Hospitality New Sales, Renewals, Women’s, Group Sales, Tours and Venue Sales Teams by removing any non-sales related administration tasks from their workload.

Supporting with key departmental, annual project work from concept to delivery, for example, Seasonal Hospitality Renewals, Concerts, Matchday Hospitality On Sale etc

Supporting the Sales Team with processing inventory, ensuring all approvals are acquired and governance adhered to, for example complimentary tickets, Club Inventory, Client Entertaining, Charity Requests

Managing multiple inboxes via Zendesk, distributing sales enquiry emails quickly and efficiently and ensuring that all enquiries are dealt with by the appropriate teams

Monitor Hospitality Inventory for all product groups, to ensure all packages are available online by managing inventory in SRO, ensuring tables are not shared in restaurants, single seats are locked, relevant carparks and stadium seats are available and system prompts are working across all games

Manage post-match Catering Invoices process for Hospitality, identifying and raising errors/queries, liaising with key stakeholders, PAs, F3 etc

Support the Matchday Operation, conduct any general administration and support duties as requested by Commercial Operations Manager

Role specific knowledge, skills and experience:  

Essential:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge and use of Microsoft software, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Visio etc
  • Experience of sales support/administration-based roles that require high levels of customer service, attention to detail, accuracy
  • Methodical and structured way of working
  • Flexibility to work matchdays and CFA events when required

 

Desirable:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Business Administration or similar qualification
  • Level 3 Excel or advanced knowledge of using spreadsheets
  • Experience of a sales and/or fulfilment environments, understanding consumer/B2B sales and delivery of products
