Role Title: Manchester City Front of House Assistant |

Role specific purpose: |
||
You will be part of the Manchester City Stadium Tours department responsible for taking tours bookings, selling souvenir photos and front of house customer service.
Start date – July 10th – End date - Sept 3rd . 32.5 hours per week
|

Role specific accountabilities: |
||
1 |
To take tours bookings with payments both over the phone and at the front desk using the SRO bookings system. |
|
2 |
To sell stadium tours souvenir photographs using the VEGA sales system. |
|
3 |
To take stadium tours souvenir photographs |
|
4 |
Sales -To upsell other tour products as and when appropriate. |
|
5 |
To distribute and collect the media Guides ant the start and end of each tour. |
|
6 |
Occasionally back-up tours. |
