Based in Manchester, this permanent full-time role supports the creation and delivery of visual content across Medlock Square campaigns, activations and destination activity. You will help produce engaging creative assets that support awareness, audience engagement and visitor experiences across digital, social and on-site channels.

Within our Medlock Square Marketing and Activations team, we create campaigns and experiences that bring the destination to life. Creative design plays an important role in shaping how audiences experience the destination across social, digital and physical environments.

 

The Role

 

You will support the production of creative assets across Medlock Square campaigns and destination activity, creating visual content for digital, social, web and on-site channels. Working closely with Marketing, Social Media and Activations teams, you will help ensure creative outputs are engaging, consistent and aligned to brand standards.

 

Alongside campaign delivery, you will contribute to the creation of graphics and promotional materials supporting activations, events and destination experiences. You will adapt creative assets across multiple formats while supporting the coordination of artwork updates, design requests and operational timelines.

 

You will also contribute to maintaining organised design workflows, asset libraries and creative processes while supporting continuous improvement across creative delivery. Through your creativity, organisation and collaborative approach, you will help deliver high-quality visual content across Medlock Square campaigns and channels.

 

What You’ll Bring

 

⚽ Experience producing graphic design assets within marketing or consumer-facing environments
⚽ Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and Illustrator
⚽ Understanding of branding, layout and visual communication principles
⚽ Ability to manage multiple creative priorities and deadlines effectively
⚽ Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
⚽ Collaborative and proactive approach within marketing and operational teams
