 Internal Communications Executive 

 

We have an exciting opportunity for an Internal Communications Executive to join our team in Manchester. In this role, you will support the delivery of impactful internal communications and drive employee engagement across City Football Group. You’ll play a key role in connecting our people to the wider business, bringing stories to life and ensuring communications are engaging, relevant and accessible across a variety of channels.

The Role 

 

You’ll play a hands-on role in delivering internal communications across City Football Group, helping to bring campaigns and messages to life across a range of channels. Working within established frameworks, you’ll ensure content is clear, consistent and engaging, while supporting the smooth coordination of communications activity across the organisation. You’ll contribute to the delivery of employee engagement initiatives and events, supporting both planning and execution to create positive and inclusive experiences for colleagues. Alongside this, you’ll act as a first point of contact for routine communications queries, providing guidance on channels and processes while ensuring requests are handled efficiently. You’ll also support the day-to-day operations of the team, maintaining systems, tracking activity and helping to identify opportunities to improve how we communicate and engage employees across CFG. 

 

What You’ll Bring 

 

• Experience in internal communications, employee engagement or a related area 
• Proven organisational skills with experience of working in an environment that requires a high attention to detail 
• Provide experience in managing multiple priorities in a structured environment 
• Experience working with digital content platforms and communication tools 
•  A passion for communications and drive to provide ideas and creativity
