Based at the Etihad Stadium and official offsite venues, this is a casual role supporting Manchester City’s hospitality operation across football fixtures and major events. You will play an important role in creating memorable experiences for guests, delivering exceptional customer service and helping to ensure every visitor receives a warm, professional and welcoming experience from arrival through to departure.

Within our Hospitality team, we deliver premium experiences that bring supporters, partners and guests closer to the Club. Our matchday teams play a vital role in creating a welcoming and professional environment, ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional experience that reflects the standards and ambition of Manchester City.

 

The Role

 

You will be one of the first points of contact for guests attending hospitality experiences across matchdays and events, helping to create a welcoming and memorable experience from the moment they arrive. Working as part of a wider hospitality team, you will support guest arrivals, seating arrangements and front-of-house activity while ensuring service standards remain consistently high throughout the event.

Alongside supporting guest experience delivery, you will work collaboratively with hospitality colleagues, operational teams and venue stakeholders to ensure activities run smoothly and efficiently. You will help maintain a professional atmosphere, respond to guest enquiries and contribute to creating an environment where visitors feel valued and well looked after.

You will also play an important role in maintaining the high standards associated with Manchester City hospitality, demonstrating professionalism, attention to detail and a customer-focused approach at every stage of the guest journey.
