Based in Manchester, this permanent hybrid role plays an important part in helping City Football Group’s Product function operate with clarity, consistency and pace. You will support the planning, coordination and governance that keep product teams aligned across Manchester City and Medlock Square, helping roadmaps, product information and cross-functional delivery activity stay organised, visible and ready to scale.

Who We Are

Founded in 2013, City Football Group is the world’s leading private owner and operator of football clubs, with teams across the globe connected by a shared belief in doing things differently. You will coordinate product planning cycles, roadmap activity, launches, releases and operational readiness, helping teams understand priorities, dependencies and progress. A key part of the role is supporting product governance and ways of working, including documentation, process improvements, operational standards and the tools that help teams work consistently.

You will also support the operational coordination of the Product Catalogue, helping maintain product structures, status, lifecycle information, taxonomy, metadata and governance records across systems and workflows. Working across Product, Technology, IFX, Commercial and Marketing, you will help strengthen catalogue readiness, integrated commerce activity and future product scalability.

Experience in product operations, PMO, project coordination or operational support within product, digital or commercial environments.

Clear organisational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage several priorities and keep delivery information accurate.

Experience supporting planning cycles, delivery tracking, operational governance or release coordination processes.

Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with Product, Technology, IFX, Commercial, Marketing and other stakeholders.

Ability to maintain accurate records, reporting, documentation, product information and governance materials across tools and workflows.

Experience using operational, planning, workflow or collaboration tools, with an interest in improving processes and ways of working.
