Role specific purpose: |
||
Purpose: As the Senior Finance Technology Manager, you will lead the design, development and execution of the systems strategy and roadmap for City Football Group in Partnership with the Finance Leadership Team. You will act as the subject matter expert and conduit between Finance and IT. Identify solutions and drive for continuous improvement. You will need to document the as-is and to-be business processes and make recommendations with regards to a new Accounting ERP implementation, drawn from solid previous experience.

Role specific accountabilities: |

Capture and interpret business and functional requirements, producing the business process architecture, system specifications and logical designs necessary to modify, enhance or develop solutions to support Finance |

Understanding the impact of requirements on CFG (City Football Group) processes and the business areas that use them by undertaking current state analysis |
|
3 |
Leading and facilitating project workshops, engaging stakeholders, subject matter experts and attendees at all levels |
|
4 |
Formulating and defining systems scope and objectives based on customer, end user, business system and industry requirements |
|
5 |
To identify cost-effective solutions and delivery methodologies to ensure the best possible cost, time, and quality delivery of change |
|
6 |
Business Partner Finance and plan out their technical roadmap |
|
7 |
Responsible for participating throughout the project life cycle, from design, implementation, go-live and post implementation support |
