Our Marketing team plays a central role in growing the visibility and reach of Manchester City Women. Working across ticketing, fan engagement and audience growth, the team delivers campaigns that connect with supporters, build lasting relationships and reflect the ambition and identity of the club.

The Role

You will lead the development and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns that support audience growth, matchday attendance and fan engagement for Manchester City Women. Working across paid, owned and earned channels, you will create compelling campaigns that attract new supporters while strengthening connections with existing fans.

Using insight, segmentation and performance data, you will shape marketing strategies that drive measurable results and support wider commercial objectives. You will oversee campaign optimisation, manage budgets effectively and identify opportunities to expand reach through innovative and culturally relevant marketing activity.

Collaboration will be a key part of this role, working closely with teams across Brand, Media, Product, Design Studio, Communications and Personalised Marketing, as well as external partners where needed. You will also support the development of the CRM Executive, providing guidance and encouragement to help them thrive.

What You’ll Bring

Experience delivering integrated marketing campaigns that support audience growth, engagement and revenue objectives
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, audience segmentation and acquisition strategies
Ability to use insight and performance data to optimise campaigns and inform future marketing activity
Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
Confident communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence and build positive working relationships
Strong organisational skills with experience managing budgets and delivering against commercial targets
