Your Impact

  1. Player Case Management – Act as case manager for a defined group of players, coordinating multi-disciplinary support, managing on-boarding processes, and ensuring Individual Development Plans (IDPs) and Player Passports are effectively handed over and followed.
  2. Performance Monitoring & Insight – Provide regular technical and tactical feedback through live and video observations, performance reports, and mid/end-of-season reviews to inform player pathways and development decisions.
  3. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement – Work closely with academy staff, loan clubs, coaches, and the Remote Player Support team to align development goals, build strong working relationships, and ensure IDPs are consistently supported.
  4. Player Communication & Support – Maintain regular contact with loan players to deliver feedback, motivate, promote professional behaviours, and provide technical/tactical guidance.
  5. Technical Coaching & Development Delivery – Design and deliver tailored coaching sessions during elite training camps, pre-season, and rehabilitation programmes to enhance player development and return-to-play readiness.
  6. Analysis & Content Creation – Produce detailed video and performance analysis, presentations, and player reports to support reviews, loan decisions, and the work of the wider Talent Placement and Remote Player Support teams.
