To run a professional, customer focussed and continuously improving support and systems team there is a requirement for a hands-on technical and experienced systems analyst.

As a Technology Systems & Operations Analyst you will be involved in all areas of a Fan-focused technology team supporting and improving systems and applications that are key technologies behind Manchester City Football Club.

 

The role is to support new and existing systems and work on continual improvement initiatives to improve fan experience. This role has 3 critical areas to help achieve team and business success: 1) Technical Support, 2) Systems Knowledgebase, and 3) Continual Service Improvement (CSI).

Your Impact

  1. Provide reactive and proactive Technology systems support, to internal business functional teams
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents and questions relating to club applications and other supported technical solutions
  3. Undertake day-to-day technical admin tasks whilst working on a high first-fix resolution basis
  4. Maintain a clear service catalog for accepted key fan systems, and support the process to Transition new systems into support service
  5. Keep continuous improvement of Technology systems and business processes in mind and put in place evolved technical and Security focused processes, documentation and system integrations improvements


 

What we are looking for

Essential

  • Previous experience supporting ERP/CRM/SaaS solutions
  • ITSM tool experience logging and managing technical support tickets
  • Working in an IT Service Management/ITIL good practice environment
  • Experience with CSI along with system admin and support

Desirable

  • ITIL Foundation
  • Experience as an IT super user
